Girl advice... please help :)?

Alright guys and gals, here we go. I've been talking to this girl a lot lately, and I have a huge crush on her, like no lie, not a day goes by and I don't think of her. Like this is the first girl where i've never even given the thought of just banging her, i just wanna be around her at all times. We're very interactive on Facebook and whatnot, shes always asking me to be her like friend and stuff out of nowhere and she's also is trying to hint that (I think, obviously) that she may like me, through some like deceptive stuff on facebook and in person. We're gonna try and chill a lot more this summer... and I would love to try and make something happen but I don't wanna have the whole thing misunderstood and it ends up she never did like me like that, and then have things become real awkward between us...because she's really fun and s***. I'm really good friends with one of her best friends, and I'm thinking about texting her and asking her if she thinks the girl likes me or if she ever talks about me. Should i do this, or like what should i do?
