I am so tensed. And stressed all the time?

I have a so nice loving gf.. We love each other so much! It's has been a really long time we haven't met.I just can't ask her to meet me frequently cause she has a trouble from getting out from her house. It was a favourable time as we were about to meet few weeks ago .I promised her that I ll met her on the particular day we planned,unfortunately I faced numerous problems so I cannot mange to met her. I always said let's meet tommorrow. But in the next day I felt I'll.she waited for weeks .but the time didn't came.n now when I am alright as I ask her to meet she even doesn't takes a single word about it..i thought she also may have problems ,but she isn't being much open minded so that I can't understand her better. If I can't meet her soon. I may have to wait for a long time again . Which means I may not see her again.. I am so tensed plz help
