Please assist me with Social Security Disability case in the appeals Division?
Hi Community- I filed for my Social Security Disability back in 2008 for Severe Depression and Anxiety. i went thru all the denials and finally got my hearing with a Admin Judge, Mr. Rivera here in Fort Lauderdale district back in September 2010 which he decided unfavorable. My lawyers at Binder and Binder have filed for an Appeal and there my case sits in the Maryland Federal office until only God knows. My question is can someone advise the process, procedures, chances, if I can introduce new evidence while it's at the Appeals Division in Maryland and anything else that will educate me while i endure this awful wait which is deteriorating my mental and physical health? What are the stats for a favorable consideration at this level ? If I am denied at this level then what? Many thanks for any input you may have and i really look forward to your answers to this dilemma! Sincerely yours,
