Should I graduate a year early?

I'm an up and coming Senior and stuck between several options regarding my Senior year and college as I have no one to discuss it with. I've always been a gifted student and done honors and AP programs whenever available throughout my high school career. My GPA is only 3.8, but It would be increasing without a doubt after this year ends, and if I stayed for my Senior year. I can also dual-enroll and either a) attend high school part of the day and a community college the next, or b) attend community college completely at my expense and get my remaining 2 high school credits I require for graduation. My high school mentioned that they may be able to get me into a summer program to get those last 2 credits before the fall so that I will be eligible for grants and financial aid. I took the SAT once and received an 1190, and I'm waiting on my next set of scores to arrive. The main part of this question is which option I should choose, knowing that I have limited income, and that I have prospects of attending Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and going through graduate school. I want to know which method looks favorable in the eyes of colleges, and committees issuing scholarships. I'm a Virginia resident. My extracurriculars include 1 season of JV wrestling, 1 year of Key club, 40 volunteer hours, 1 year of Beta Club, and I am attending Boys' State this month.
