German blackhead aluminum powder vs Indian blackhead aluminum powder?

Ordering supplies from Skylighter.com for 4th of july... anyway, They have German powder which is 3 microns (3 thousandths of a millimeter) for $39.95 per pound, and Indian powder which is 8 microns (8 thousandths of a millimeter) for $15.95 per pound. On the indian, it says its made basically the same way as german powder was in the 50's and it says performace compares favorable. Will the German powder be any better and is it worth all that money? Or should I just go with the Indian aluminum powder? Thanks guys.
