How can I get my book published?

First things first. I'm only a seventh grader so this is going to sound really naive but I'm serious. I'm in the middle of writing a novel for teens called Deceptive Green Eyes and obviously I don't have an agent that I can turn to for financial advice. So how can I get my book at least read by someone who could, somehow, option in for publishing? I've been wanting to write this for a while for no apparent reason. So, bottom line, does anyone know of a company or person who could maybe option the book for publishing?
