Moving out of my aunts house?

I am 17 years old and I live with my aunt. She is not my legal guardian, and no one really know's who my legal guardian is right now. The living situation here is not favorable, to say the least. I've moved around a lot through family members and what not. But i'm planning on moving out next Monday. The only thing I am afraid of is her reaction. If she were to try and do something about it (for instance call the cops or something) is there anything she could actually do? If she able to report me runaway if she isn't my guardian? What's the worst she could do?
