My White Angelfish Changed Colors?

Most Cichlids have chromtaphores for a many colors you don't often see. The two times they do show them are after they have undergone a tank change, and when they are mating. When the undergo a water change, they usually get duller looking. Then the breed, they get more colorfull. in both cases, the colors return to "normal" after the stress or excitement wears off.
