Should I wear denim shorts with tights or without tights?

I'm going bowling tonight and I was going to wear jeans but the keep falling down so I'm going to wear shorts instead. Should I wear them with black tights or no tights? It will be quite warm in the actually bowling alley but cold outside because I'm going in the evening. I'm wearing them with a long sleeved white top with red stripes and some red flats. The shorts are deep blue
