Anybody with experience ordering Smart Lids online....?

I ordered 2 sets of Smart lids - and after waiting about a month, I finally got them. The selling price of $10 a set was correct, but a shipping and handling charge of $47.50 - what a rip off! I have been trying to get in touch with them all day, customer service is ALWAYS "assisting someone else". I'm still working on this and I will write back with a results
