Bluetooth device not working in laptop?

I have a compaq 610 laptop.and a pirated window7 ultimate operating systemand 64 bit operating system .from few days my bluetooth device is not working it does not discover another device after all favorable conditions.Can anyone tell me solution for above said configuration or a link to download bluetooth driver or any solutions
